Please remember that these are in the main secondhand boxes and none, not even the new builds, are on new chassis. At the same time I am only asking "market prices" so very much on a par with private vendors (sometimes cheaper) with all the benefits of buying from someone who has all vehicles thoroughly checked before sale, all mechanical issues dealt with and refurbishments done to the box as required.
We offer a three month warranty against mechanical failure or break down.
On our own new builds there is a 12 month warranty on the body
The warranty is offered as a protection for the customer from the unforeseen occurrence. It is a fail safe to protect both the customer and our reputation. (We do our best but we don't have a crystal ball) IT IS NOT INTENDED AS A REPLACEMENT FOR PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION NOR SHOULD IT BE USED THIS WAY.
All horseboxes are open to any inspection pre purchase and customers should satisfy themselves that they are happy with the condition of the horsebox BEFORE purchase.This does not void the warranty in the event of future mechanical breakdown or failure but it does imply acceptance of the condition of the vehicle on the day of purchase.
Following on from this all our horseboxes are sold with at least nine months test/plate the vast majority being newly tested and offering a full year. Cam belts are always checked and replaced as necessary. All vehicles are given a comprehensive service including checking oil levels (engine and gearbox), changing oil, filters etc, all mechanical issues which are not covered by the test are dealt with and all necessary work completed to the highest standards.. The horsebox bodies are also checked and issues resolved such as replacement floors, ramps lightened, partitions rehung etc as necessary.
